Yi Zhang is a Professor and doctoral supervisor. He graduated from the Department of Pharmacy of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1983, and then pursued his master's and doctoral degrees. In 1988, he stayed at the university to engage in teaching and research work. In 2000, he was promoted to researcher, and in 2003, he was confirmed as a doctoral supervisor. He is interested in the extraction, isolation, identification, and bioactivity of traditional Chinese medicine.
