I am a physical geographer and Senior Researcher at the IGUM-UNAM and CNHR-SFU. I have more than 30 years of professional experience, 20 at UNAM. I do research about spatial planning and natural resources management based on geomorphologic, hydrologic, dendrochronologic, and landscape ecology knowledge, as well as intensive use of remote sensing products, GIS, and statistical techniques. Currently, I am the Academic Secretary at the CIGA.
