Prof. Wen-Ming Zhang received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Jiangnan University in 2000 and 2003 and received a Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2006. From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a JSPS postdoc in the Department of Microengineering at Kyoto University. From 2006 to 2013, he was an associate professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has been a professor since 2003. His research interests mainly include soft robotics, nonlinear dynamics and vibration, dynamics and control in MEMS/NEMS, and vibration energy harvesting.
