Dr Fuguo Jia is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Northeast Agricultural University (NEAU), China. He is recognised as one of the university’s first group of Distinguished Professors and Outstanding Young Academic Backbones. Prof Jia has dedicated his career to the advancement of rice processing technologies and equipment. His research interests include rice processing and testing, numerical simulation, and the transport and breakage behaviour of rice grains.
