Marcello Nonnis is an assistant professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Education, Psychology, and Philosophy at the University of Cagliari. His main research interests are focused on organizational well-being, psychosocial risks and work stress. He is the author of several scientific papers published in national and international journals.
