Hina Gohar Ali received a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Insitute, Topi, Pakistan in 2015. She has been shortlisted for Faculty Development Programm under NUST Institute FDP in fall 2015. She is pursuing her Doctorate studies in the Doctorate Programme of Electronical and Telecommunication Engineering at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), Spain from 2016-2017. After completion of her Doctorate studies, she will join the National University of Science & Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan as a faculty member. During her Ph.D. she has availed research stay mobility in UTADEO, Columbia and she has recently completed her research stay at Istanbul Technical University (Department of Electrical Engineering), Turkey under the Erasmus doctorate exchange program. Her research interests include maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of photovoltaic, linear & non-linear controller, and sliding mode controller for photovoltaic.
