Heba G. Mohamed was born in Alexandria, Egypt, in 1984. She received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, in 2007 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alexandria, Egypt, in 2016. In 2016, she was an Assistant Professor with the Alexandria Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ministry of Higher Education, Egypt. Since 2019, she has been an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Communication Department, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Saudi Arabia. In 2022, she became an Associate Professor in Egypt. Her research interests include cryptography, wireless communication, mobile data communication, the Internet of Things, and computer vision.
