Graduated in Physical Education and Sports at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of INEFC Barcelona (1989, Spain). Completed the “European Master in Biology of Physical Activity" (1996), coordinated by Bengt Saltin at the Department of Human Physiology of the University of Copenhagen. Assisted also at the Intensive Course “Limiting Factors of Human Neuromuscular Performance”, organized by Department of Biology of Physical Activity, and Neuromuscular Research Center (University of Jyväskylä, Finland). Nowadays is a professor at the INEFC Barcelona in gymnastics and intensive sport training at pediatric ages. Research interests are focused on the sports training, muscle fatigue, strength, power, electromyography, motorcycling, gymnastics, and jumping capacity.
