Author Suzana Dimitrijević-Branković is a full professor at the University of Belgrade, in the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, in the Department of Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology. She is dealing with biotechnological methods in the sustainable exploitation of agroindustry by-products. She is an expert in the isolation of microorganisms, antimicrobial compounds, and statistical planning of experiments.
