Prof. Qing Zhang is a master's tutor at the School of Food Science and Engineering, at Sichuan Agricultural University. He graduated from China Agricultural University with a doctorate in engineering, majoring in grain, oil, and vegetable protein engineering. He is also a member of the Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Branch of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering and a member of the Oil Branch of the Chinese Society of Cereals and Oils. His main research directions include the theory and application of whole bean product processing, protein glycosylation modification and its application in food processing, and the high-temperature chemistry of oils and fats.
