Biography
Marcin A. Kurek is a Full Professor in Food Science and Nutrition from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and currently is the Head of Division of Engineering in Nutrition at the same university. Marcin A. Kurek was an Assistant Research Scientist (2013–2016) and an Assistant Professor (2016–2018) at Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2018. Marcin A. Kurek’s research interests include the microencapsulation of bioactive compounds and the technology of products of plant origin.
