Professor Tatiana Carlesso dos Santos is a veterinarian at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). She holds a Masters and Ph.D. in the Anatomy of Domestic and Wild Animals from the University of São Paulo, and has completed a related post-doctoral program from the same institution. Additionally, she is an associate professor in the Animal Science Department at the State University of Maringá (UEM), responsible for the Laboratories of Poultry and Animal Morphophysiology, as well as a professor and adviser of the Post-graduate Program in Animal Production with research lines following poultry morpho-physiology, nutrition, and incubation.
