I am a Full Professor at the University of Granada with more than 30 years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of Nutrition and Food Technology. I have held management positions as Director of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science for five years, where I have supervised ten doctoral theses related to food safety and food technology. I have also been a member of the Academic Committee of the Master's Degree in Human Nutrition at the University of Granada since 2012 and have taught postgraduate courses at other Spanish and international universities. I have published more than 80 articles in international journals and more than 100 presentations (posters and oral communications) at national and international conferences in the field of nutrition, food safety and food technology. I have also participated in four national research projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science.
