Biography
Zhenbo Wei received his Engineer's degree and ME degree from the College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering of Hebei Agricultural University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received D.Eng. degree from Zhejiang University in 2011. His current interests are non-destructive technologies in food engineering, including the use of nanocomposite modified electrodes.
