I am Dr. Naziya banu completed Ph.D from University of Mysore with Maulana Azad National Fellowship Award. I have received best poster presentation award as well. I am highly interested in research and academics. I have worked on lichens, Abiotic elicitors, Medicinal plants, Biocontrol agents, Plant growth promotion, Plant disease management and Nanotechnology. I have published seven papers which includes research articles, book chapter and review paper. I am the reviewer of six journals i.e., Plant biology, Scientific reports, Scientia Horticulturae, Journal of experimental agriculture international, Asian journal of soil science and plant nutrition, international journal of plant and soil science. I have thought degree students in vast areas of Botany i.e. Plant pathology, Algae, Pteridophytes, Bryophytes, Genetics, Molecular Biology,Plant Morphogenesis, Plant Reproductive Biology, Economic Botany and Pant taxonomy for about one year. I have presented papers and participated in various national and international conferences, seminars, symposium and workshops. I have delivered lectures as resource person in Government Degree colleges under Prerna programme initiated by department of collegiate education.At present, I am interested in writing and publishing research papers in peer review journals.
