Dr. Ibrahim Farag Mohammed Rehan, B-MVSc., Ph.D., is a lecturer in animal behavior and husbandry at the Department of Husbandry and Animal Wealth Development, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Menofia University, Menofia, Egypt (06/2016 to present). He started his research as a demonstrator and teaching assistant (10/2006- 04/2011). Then he was appointed as an assistant lecturer (05/2011-12/2011). He was a research fellow at Bristol University, UK (01/2012-07/2012). Further, he was nominated by the Japanese government as a MEXT scholar (10/2012-03/2016) at Hokkaido University, Japan, in the field of biomarker and drug discovery to obtain a Ph.D. in Life Sciences. He was the first author of his work published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (11/2015). Recently, as editor, he published a book entitled "Impact of Glycomes on Food Safety".
