Author of monographs and articles published in international scientific journals on corporate governance, financial management, corruption, business, etc. Publications presented at several congresses and in books and high-ranking journals, such as European Journal of Finance, International Business Review, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, among others. The current line of investigation is on the financial decisions of companies, control mechanisms, corporate governance and family business.
