Dr. Shu-Ping Chen, PhD, OT Reg(Alberta), is an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy, University of Alberta, Canada. Dr. Chen’s teaching and research focus on people with mental health issues, including two main themes: social inclusion for individuals with mental illnesses and mental health promotion. She has expertise in research related to stigma reduction, recovery, and substance misuse.
