Shih-Chang Huang received a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, in 2008. He joined the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of National Formosa University in 2009. He has been a Professor since August 2021. His research interests include wireless positioning, wireless sensor networks, power-saving protocols, wireless routing protocols, and smart homes. He is an IEEE member.
