Kuo-Chung Chu, Ph.D.: Distingushed professor at the Department of Information Management, National Taipei University of Nursing & Health Sciences (NTUNHS), Executive Director of Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics (TAMI), Adjunct researcher of Taipei City Hospital, Taiwan; Consultant of National Health Research Institutes Biobank and Information Technology Department of Taipei City Government, Taiwan. He also had been a Director of Computer Center and Dean of Health Technology College at the NTUNHS.
