Biography
Prof. Dr. Huang Yuk Feng has his PhD in water resources engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at UTAR. His research interests include water resources studies, climate change studies, drought forecasting and management, potential evapotranspiration estimation, and artificial intelligence modelling.
