Guillermo E. Ovando-Chacon is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Enginering at the National Technological of Mexico Campus Veracruz, where he has been since 2006. He received a B.S. from National Technological of Mexico Campus Tuxtla Gutierrez in 1995, and an M.S. from the National Technological of Mexico Campus Veracruz in 1998. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2006. His research interest is the application of computational techniques of fluid dynamics and numerical simulation to the solution of problems of efficient use of energy and energy sustainability. he has published several articles in journals indexed in JCR. At the National Technological of Mexico Campus Veracruz, he has taught various courses in the area of ​​thermofluids to undergraduate and master's students. He has been distinguished as a national researcher on several occasions by the National Council of Science and Technology (Conacyt) of Mexico.
