Tiziana Mancini is a post-doc fellow at Sapienza University of Rome, Rome, Italy. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Physics in 2019 and her Master’s Degree in Condensed Matter Physics in 2021 (both with 110/110 cum laude) at Sapienza University Rome. Here she also get her PhD in Physics in 2025, starting working in Sapienza Terahertz laboratories in the Department of Physics, where she still currently lead on her research activities as post-doc researcher. Her research activities mainly deal with Applied Physics, in particular Infrared (IR) and Terahertz (THz) photonics and spectroscopy, with particular interest in their application in the fields of biophysics, biosensing, biomolecules investigation, pathogens characterization, gas sensing, sensor platform biofunctionalization, air-pollution monitoring and environmental issues.
