Thomas Wolf currently works as a senior physician and associate professor at the Department of Restorative, Preventive and Pediatric Dentistry, School of Dental Medicine, University of Bern, Switzerland. He is also President of the German Society for Dental Hypnosis (DGZH). He is a specialist in tooth preservation, preventative and pediatric dentistry, and dental hypnosis. His research interests include endodontics, aesthetic dentistry, dental materials, veneers, dental education, periodontics and oral pathology, pediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, and clinical dentistry. He is a visiting scientist at the Clinic for Periodontology and Dentistry at the Mainz University Medical Center and chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of German-speaking Hypnosis Societies, WBdH. He is a Federal board member of the Free Association of German Dentists, FVDZ e.V., and head of the FVDZ Academy, the traditional Winter Congress, and the Dental Future Congress, as well as a member of the German delegation of the FDI World Dental Organization.
