Yufei Wang, Ph.D., is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, as well as a recipient of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He earned his bachelor's degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in June 2008 and obtained his Ph.D. in Process Systems Integration from the University of Manchester in August 2012. His primary research interests include process energy systems integration, intelligent design of facility layout, and supply chain optimization. He has published over 100 papers in domestic and international journals, among which 56 are SCI-indexed papers as first author or corresponding author. He has participated in drafting one national standard, holds four authorized invention patents, and possesses four software copyrights. Additionally, he has authored four books and contributed to four Chinese and English monographs. He has led more than 10 research projects and has received two provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards. He is also a recipient of the Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Youth Award and the inaugural Youth Science and Technology Award from the Process Systems Engineering Committee of the Systems Engineering Society of China.
