The aim of this paper is to present an application of a fixed point iterative process in generation of fractals namely Julia and Mandelbrot sets for the complex polynomials of the form where and . Fractals represent the phenomena of expanding or unfolding symmetries which exhibit similar patterns displayed at every scale. We prove some escape time results for the generation of Julia and Mandelbrot sets using a Picard Ishikawa type iterative process. A visualization of the Julia and Mandelbrot sets for certain complex polynomials is presented and their graphical behaviour is examined. We also discuss the effects of parameters on the color variation and shape of fractals.
The aim of this paper is to propose a new iterative algorithm to approximate the solution for a variational inequality problem in real Hilbert spaces. A strong convergence result for the above problem is established under certain mild conditions. Our proposed method requires the computation of only one projection onto the feasible set in each iteration. Some numerical examples are presented to support that our proposed method performs better than some known comparable methods for solving variational inequality problems.
The purpose of this article is to initiate the notion of monotone multivalued generalized (,)-nonexpansive mappings and explore the iterative approximation of the fixed points for the mapping in an ordered CAT(0) space. In particular, we employ the S-iteration algorithm in CAT(0) space to prove some convergence results. Moreover, some examples and useful results related to the proposed mapping are provided. Numerical experiments are also provided to illustrate and compare the convergence of the iteration scheme. Finally, an application of the iterative scheme has been presented in finding the solutions of integral differential equation.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of rho-attractive elements in mod-ular function spaces. A new class of mappings called rho-kappa-nonspreading mappings is also introduced. Making a good use of the two notions, we first prove existence results and then some approximation results in the setup of modular function spaces. An example is presented to support the results proved herein.
