Dr. Qin Xiaoming (1964–present), Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, is the leader of the School of Food Science and Technology of Guangdong Ocean University. He is a scientist of shellfish post-processing of the National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System, the provincial key cultivator of "Thousand Hundred Ten Project" in Guangdong Province, a member of Aquatic Products Processing and Comprehensive Utilization Professional Committee of Chinese Aquatic Society, and the Director of Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Branch of Chinese Agricultural Engineering Society. He is mainly engaged in the research of fruit and vegetable preservation and processing, shellfish processing, and aquatic products' preservation and transportation.
