The SNA EPIS research group has been interested for more than 20 years in the consequences of the loss of cardiac autonomic activity with aging and in chronic pathologies. Pr Frederic Roche has allowed this team to be integrated into the Inserm U1059 Sainbiose team. The interest of biomarker research in cardiovascular risk is thus well recognized. The scientific publications exceed 210 in indexed journals, the supervision of 12 PhD and 3 post-doctoral students. The paradigm currently studied is that of chronic intermittent stress and autonomic fragmentation during sleep as new risk markers
