Dr. Worawan Panpipat is an Associate Professor at the Department of Food-Industry, School of Agricultural Technology and Food Industry, Walailak University, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand.  She received her Bachelor of Science (Food Technology) from Suranaree University of Technology, a Master of Science (Food Technology) from Suranaree University of Technology, and a Doctorate from Aarhus University, Denmark. Her research interests mainly include fats and oils chemistry, food chemistry, and functional food ingredients.
