Boris NOVARLIĆ, M.A. is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, University of Banja Luka, study program: Economics, module: Management and Entrepreneurship. He has published over 30 papers from the area of his interest. His areas of interest include the following: Comprehensive waste management, 3R, SMEs, Green Economy, Management, Entrepreneurship and Marketing. For 13 years he has been working in a management position in the municipal company Progres a.d. Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has implemented the most significant projects in the field of comprehensive waste management in the city of Doboj, either personally or as a project leader. In the period January-March 2015 and February-March 2019, he attended professional training in Japan (Osaka and Tokyo) in the field of comprehensive waste management.
