Prof. Dr. Bulent Ozpolat is a professor of nanomedicine at the Houston Methodist. After getting his M.D. from Dokuz Eylul University, he received his Ph.D. in Immunology and completed post-doctoral training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He has been a faculty member for more than 15 years at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He has expertise in immunology, cancer biology, genetics, gene therapy, experimental therapeutics, nanotechnology, nanocarriers, and the development of highly targeted therapeutics for cancer.
