As we enter the era of big data, we have to face big data generated by industrial systems that are massive, diverse, high-speed, and variability. In order to effectively deal with big data possessing these characteristics, deep learning technology has been widely used. However, the existing methods require great human involvement that is heavily depend on domain expertise and may thus be non-representative and biased from task to similar task, so for a wide variety of prognostic and health management (PHM) tasks, how to apply the developed deep learning algorithms to similar tasks to reduce the amount of development and data collection costs has become an urgent problem. Based on the idea of transfer learning and the structures of deep learning PHM algorithms, this paper proposes two transfer strategies via transferring different elements of deep learning PHM algorithms, analyzes the possible transfer scenarios in practical application, and proposes transfer strategies applicable in each scenario. At the end of this paper, the deep learning algorithm of bearing fault diagnosis based on convolutional neural networks (CNN) is transferred based on the proposed method, which was carried out under different working conditions and for different objects, respectively. The experiments verify the value and effectiveness of the proposed method and give the best choice of transfer strategy.

State-of-health (SOH) assessment for aero-engine can effectively reduce maintenance cost and operational risk, and is also a significant part of the prognostics and health management (PHM) system. However, the current SOH assessment is usually closely coordinated with other parts of PHM to achieve specific functions. This is not conducive to generalizing the function of SOH assessment. Therefore, this paper proposes a data-driven framework of SOH assessment that mainly includes data preprocessing, pseudo label generation, weight assignment and feature selection, and assessment, which enhances the systematicness of SOH assessment. A combination model based on density-distance clustering and fuzzy Bayesian risk models is designed to generate a pseudo label, select optimal parameter subset, and assign weight. Then, two assessment indicators including state membership degree and health degree are produced based on two fuzzy models for horizontal and vertical comparisons. These two indicators expand the dimensions and perspectives of SOH measurement, which can more comprehensively characterize the health state of the engine. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed methodology are verified by the widely used Commercial Modular Aero-Propulsion System Simulation (C-MAPSS) dataset.

The automatic inspection robot can effectively pre-vent cargo from being stolen, replaced and opened without authorization. However, it will be disturbed by external factors such as occlusion, illumination and angle when it takes photos to identify cargo, which will affect the recognition effect. In order to improve the recognition effect of the automatic inspection robot on the target goods, this paper first detects the object in the data preprocessing stage, extracts the goods con-tour, and then carries on the image recognition, which im-proves the recognition rate. Then we compare the loss rate and accuracy rate of four network models: AlexNet, GoogleNet, ResNet and MobileNet. The experimental results show that ResN et algorithm has the highest image recognition accuracy, is more friendly to the recognition of light and occlusion, and is more in line with the actual operation needs of automatic inspection robot. It has reference value for the research of target cargo recognition.
