Prof. Raja Benlaouane obtained a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Plant Physiology, and Microbiology at Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco. She has teaching experiences as a temporary professor at the École Supérieure d'Agronomie et de Gestion (ESAG), Morocco, and at the private University of Marrakech (UPM), Morocco. She works on biostimulants, agro-physiology, agricultural microbiology, plant–microbe interaction, and their implications in sustainable plant production and stress tolerance. She has been an active member in several projects such as the FOSC-Food Systems and Climate project (2021–2024), Med Opuntia Project (2019–2021), Socially Responsible Projects (2018–2021), and IZ07Z0_160904 project, FiBL, Switzerland (2018–2020).
