Youkyung Han received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in civil and environmental engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2007, 2009, and 2013, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Civil Engineering, Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Seoul, and the Head of the Remote Sensing Image Processing Laboratory, Seoul. His major research interests include the image processing of very-high-resolution remote sensing data such as image registration, segmentation, object extraction, and change detection.
