Gordana Matijašić received her PhD from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb, Zagreb, Croatia, in 2006. She has been employed at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb, since 1997, where she currently holds the title of full professor. Her main area of expertise is chemical engineering, but she has focused her research on pharmaceutical science and drug delivery. She has published several articles on 3D printing and has received seven research grants from the University of Zagreb. She has published more than 50 articles on her field and has been awarded several prizes for innovations.
