Doctor of physical-mathematical science ( M.Lomonosov Moscow State University, physics faculty) 2002: Candidate physical-mathematical science ( M.Lomonosov Moscow State University, physics faculty). 2002: Ph.D. in Engineering (Tohoku University, Engineering Department, Sendai, Japan). Author of 231 scientific research papers. Scientific interests are nanostructured thermoelectrics, magnetic properties of alloys and compounds, spintronics.
