Holds a Master's degree in forest management from the Postgraduate Forest and Environmental Center of the University of the Andes (Venezuela). Forestry Engineer graduated from the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Sciences of the University of the Andes (Venezuela). 12 years of experience in university teaching in the areas of forest and natural resource management, urban silviculture, spatial information management, biometrics, and remote sensing with drones for spectral analysis and precision spraying. Victor is Venezuelan.
