Sami Myllymäki received M.Sc. and D.Sc.degrees from the University of Oulu, Finland. He is currently a research group leader and adjunct professor with the Microelectronics Research Unit. His interest are microwave measurements, components, and materials and his teaching includes electronic packaging technology.
