Silvia Platania is currently assistant professor in work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Educational Sciences, Section of Psychology, University of Catania. Silvia does research in Consumer Psychology, Organisational Climate, Safety Climate and organisational behaviour. Silvia is also interested in structural equation modelling (SEM).
