Ning Zhang currently works at the Department of Public Administration, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Ning does research in Public Health, Urban/Rural Sociology and Social Theory. Their current project is 'Attraction and retention of healthcare workforce in rural China'.He is a Ph.D at the Research Center for the Belt and Road Health Policy and Health Technology Assessment in Xi'an Jiaotong University.
