Prof. Kutu is a professor of Agronomy, specializing in Soil Chemistry and Fertility. He is a member of the American Society of Agronomy, United State of America, South African Society of Soil Science and others. He has published over 35 articles. He is reviewer of many journals, both home and abroad. He is currently the director of School of Agricultural Science, University of Mpumalanga.
