PhD. Student Ioana Cristina Bănică is a young researcher who is involved in the investigation of multi-component high entropy alloys. He holds a BSc and an MSc degree from the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at the University „Politehnica” of Bucharest and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the same institution, with a PhD thesis in the field of high entropy alloys. Presently, Mrs. Bănică is focused on the development of HEA systems for various industrial applications. Mrs. Bănică has participated on national and international conferences on material science and engineering field where she presented and published some scientific papers correlated with high entropy alloys composition architecture, manufacturing processes , thermal treatments, characterisation methods and structure optimisation.
