Antonietta Rosso is professor at University of Catania and responsible of the Paleontological Museum. She investigates biodiversity of living and fossil bryozoans focusing on: 1) evaluation of bio/palaeo-bio-diversity, and its evolution in time and space; 2) organisms-environment interactions and adaptations; 3) bioconstructions in submarine caves, coralligenous, Cold Water Coral habitats; 4) species’ spatial distribution in relation to environmental parameters; 5) palaeoecological reconstruction; ecobiostratigraphy; climate and human-induced changes; catastrophic events; 6) (palaeo)biogeography and distribution of native and alien species; 7) dissemination of science through exhibitions and public events. Papers: 205 (120 ISI; 85 non-ISI). Citations/h-index: 4297/31 (Google Scholar); 2543/25 (Scopus).
