Jannis Kountouras is working as a Professor of Medicine Gastroenterology at the Department of Medicine, Second Medical Clinic, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. His research interests include helicobacter pylori, helicobacter infections, and pylori infection. He is also interested in ADHD, alcohol addiction, astrocytoma, bacteria-induced neuropathies, bipolar affective, bipolar affective disorders, brain aneurysm, brain infection, brain injury rehabilitation, brain mapping.
