Hui Ma received B.Sc. degrees in electronic and information engineering in 2009 and a Ph.D. in electromagnetics and microwave technology from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2015. In 2012, she was a visiting Ph.D. student with the University of Birmingham, Birmingham, U.K., where she has continued as a Research Fellow since 2015, under the grants funded by the European Space Agency. She is currently an Associate Professor with the National Laboratory of Radar Signal Processing, Xidian University, Xi’an, China. Her research interests include multi-static radar, passive radar, radar imaging, and signal processing.
