Gabriela Ionescu currently works at the Department of Power Production and Usage, Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She conducts research on Civil Engineering, Power Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. Her main field of research is renewable energy, particularly regarding integrated waste management schemes (separate collection/transport/ recycling/biological/mechanical/thermochemical treatment/biobased energy and products/ landfilling) and environmental impacts.
