Tihana Kurtović is a senior scientific associate at the University of Zagreb. Her main research interests focus on the biochemical, toxinological and immunological characterization of snake venoms, as well as on antivenoms, by the greatest part on their technological development and pharmacokinetic evaluation in envenomed patients. She has authored more than 30 papers in the field.
