Dr Emmanouil Malandrakis is currently an Assistant Professor at the Laboratory of Applied Hydrobiology, Department of Animal Science of the Agricultural University of Athens, Greece. He has worked as a Production Manager in the food industry. He has published 23 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals, 4 book chapters, and more than 60 contributions at national and international scientific conferences. He serves as a reviewer for many scientific journals. He has been involved in many research projects related to aquaculture, fish nutrition, genomics, and marine biotechnology. He has coordinated one national grant and has participated in 16 research projects funded by national funding bodies, the private sector, and the EU. Currently, he is actively involved in four EU-funded projects.
