Olexandr Korchynskyi is an Associated Professor at the Lab of Experimental Biology and Department of Biochemistry & General Chemistry, Medical Faculty, and the Centre for Innovative Research in Medical and Natural Sciences, Rzeszow University (Poland) since 2016. He received his PhD in Biochemistry in 1993. He received an extensive training at the field of cell signaling, cell and molecular biology and immunology from several renowned European institutions: Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Uppsala, Sweden, Netherlands Cancer Institute, Amsterdam and Leiden University, The Netherlands. During 2002-2007, Dr.Korchynskyi was trained at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC, University of California at San Diego, CA and Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA, U.S.A. Olexandr Korchynskyi authored and co-authored over 40 scientific papers, including work published in Nature and Science.
