Prof. Dr. Dorina Nicolina Isopescu is currently a Professor and the former Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Building Services at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi. She earned her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi in 1995. With more than 150 published papers, 3 patents, and 9 patent applications under evaluation, she has received several innovation awards for her research contributions. Her research interests focus on civil engineering, specifically in building materials, composite materials, structural design, net-zero-energy buildings, smart and green buildings, modular and offsite construction, and technology and management in construction.
